  1. Do you ship?
    Yes, we do ship across the U.S., and we also offer in-person pick-ups at our office in San Antonio, TX. You will be contacted once your order is ready for pick-up or when it ships.
  2. Where can I pick up my purchase?
    Purchases can be picked up at our local office in San Antonio, TX. We will notify you when your order is ready.
  3. Can I change the colors or images on the items I purchased?
    Certain products can be customized with different designs or images. Please email us with your name, email, phone number, and order number, or leave a note at checkout to request a change.
    Please note: Any design edits will delay processing by about 2 weeks.
  4. Can I cancel my order, and can I get a refund?
    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchasing to receive a refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please reach out via email if you need to cancel your order.
  5. I ordered my product—what happens now?
    After placing your order, please allow about a week for processing, depending on the size of the order. Once your order is ready, we will ship it and provide all the necessary tracking and shipping information.
  6. I ordered some slime...can I eat it?
    No, our slime is not edible. In fact, none of our products are edible. Please do not eat or ingest any of our items. If ingestion occurs, please contact your local posion control center or seek medical attention immediately. Once the slime has been shipped or handed off to you, we are no longer liable for any misuse, including ingestion or other unintended use.
