Do you ship?
Yes, we do ship across the U.S., and we also offer in-person pick-ups at our office in San Antonio, TX. You will be contacted once your order is ready for pick-up or when it ships. -
Where can I pick up my purchase?
Purchases can be picked up at our local office in San Antonio, TX. We will notify you when your order is ready. -
Can I change the colors or images on the items I purchased?
Certain products can be customized with different designs or images. Please email us with your name, email, phone number, and order number, or leave a note at checkout to request a change.
Please note: Any design edits will delay processing by about 2 weeks. -
Can I cancel my order, and can I get a refund?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchasing to receive a refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please reach out via email if you need to cancel your order. -
I ordered my product—what happens now?
After placing your order, please allow about a week for processing, depending on the size of the order. Once your order is ready, we will ship it and provide all the necessary tracking and shipping information.
