At Quack’s Meow Creations, each item is thoughtfully made and often customized. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed, as materials may have been purchased or production may have begun.

Returns
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we are unable to restock or resell items once they have left our care.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, we are happy to help under the following conditions:
Claims must be made within 90 days of purchase
Proof of purchase is required
We offer repair or replacement only, not refunds
The item must be provided to us in person within the San Antonio, Texas area
Customers located outside of the San Antonio area are not eligible for repairs or replacements.
Custom & Handmade Items
All items are handmade and may show slight variations in color, size, or finish. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless the issue is caused by an error on our end.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assess the issue.
